I’m not sure what is going on here. It seems to be some sort of meeting. Well actually, a ‘little bird’ told them that someone was giving away free bread today. But, to receive any they had to form an orderly queue and be very quiet. It was decided that the oldest pigeon should go first, after all it seemed only fair.
