Your name: Christian and surname.
Your full address: I would not include my full address (for obvious security reasons) if I were submitting my CV to an Internet site. I would only give my full details if I was replying to an email or I was going to answer a job advertisement by post.
Landline and Mobile telephone number: Again I would not include either of these numbers if I were submitting my CV to an Internet site and for the same reasons as above.
Date of Birth: Not everyone recommends that the date of birth should be included in a CV. I like to do so because I want any possible employer knowing my age.
Nationality: I don’t often see this on CV’s but most of the jobs I apply for ask the question sooner or later. So I put it on anyway.
Languages: In the global workplace having more than one language is a definite advantage. And as you have probably come to this web site because you are learning a second language you are such a person. Be sure to point out whether you can speak and write another language. If you can only speak another language you should say so.
Health: Again not everyone recommends this but I do it for more or less the same reasons as I do for my date of birth.
Profile: This should be a brief description of who you are (your character) and your main achievements in life.
Curriculum Vitae
What follows is a brief description of a Curriculum Vitae or CV for short.

It is possible to look upon a CV as a record of your education, work experience and personal details. It should give any potential employer all the necessary information they need to make judgements about you. One of the many benefits of compiling your own CV is that you will have a permanent record of your achievements for the rest of your working life. Even people with good memories are unlikely to remember everything they have done as the years pass by.
