Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing to inform you that despite having contacted your Customer Service Centre on more than one occasion by telephone and letter, you have failed to respond to my complaint and therefore today I have contacted the Trading Standards Office in London and informed them of this matter.
I am disgusted at the way my complaint has been totally ignored and I would like to point out that I will never buy another item from your Store ever again.
