Dear Sir/Madam
I wrote to you on 13th May concerning the broken main oven control dial on my gas cooker. I explained that I’d only had the cooker for three days when the dial broke and that I had contacted your Customer Services on two occasions and both times was promised a call back.
I am most dissatisfied that despite my telephone calls and a letter, still no one has had the decency to contact me. It appears that you are happy enough to accept my money but then leave me with an item that I am unable to use. If I do not hear from you within two days of the date of this letter, I shall be taking this matter further.
