Dear Sir/Madam
I purchased a Java Prestige gas cooker from your electricity store on 8th May this year. On the 11th May the main oven control dial broke into two pieces. I immediately telephoned your Customer Service Helpline number to explain the situation, and was promised a call back.
Disappointingly no one called me back, so I telephoned again the next day, and again was promised a call back. Still no one has called me.
I am very dissatisfied with the treatment I have received, and therefore I expect a telephone call upon receipt of this letter.
